Remove the B-pillar lower trim panel.

Release the front and rear door weatherstrips to access the scuff plate trim panel.

Remove the scuff plate trim panel.   Remove the 9 clips.

.

:   Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only. Remove the 9 clips from the scuff plate trim panel.

.

Install the scuff plate trim panel.   Install the clips.   Secure with the clips.

.

Attach the door weatherstrips.

.

Install the B-pillar lower trim panel.
