Remove the C-pillar lower trim panel.

Remove the loadspace trim mounting bracket.   Remove the 2 screws.   Release the 2 clips.

Remove the rear parking aid speaker.   Disconnect the electrical connector.   Remove the 2 screws.

.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
