If BrightSign doesn’t see any content on your CF card, that card may not be compatible with BrightSign or there might be a bent pin in the CF card slot.

1. Verify the card is inserted fully into the slot
2. Verify the content on the flash card is not in a sub folder, but in the root of the card. 
3. Check the CF slot for a bent pin.
4. Reformat your CF card in FAT32 format.
5. Try a different brand and/or size card.
