This document was originally created by Mat Breton, whose permission we have to distribute it as we see fit. It's so interesting that we had planned to sell it, as there should be a market for it.. however, we decided that it's just too good and we'll let everyone benefit from Mat's generosity by giving it away. Of course, you'll very shortly see "copycat" CD vendors in Melbourne, Independence and Houston selling it on eBay, and the one in Minnesota will even make up resolutions "he" supposedly scanned it at.. if anyone you know buys it from those copycats, please let them know "what's up". And if anyone wants to upload it to BAMA, please feel free to do so, but the credit line should go to Mat, not to us.
